01: Send an Intent Letter

Wake up bright and early on your immersion day and text our coordinator to confirm that you’re on your way. Make sure you have lots of energy to get the most out of the activities ahead.

02: Wait for Confirmation

Our immersion coordinator will review your request, get approval, and call or email you to confirm the details of your immersion day as well as any payment requirements.

03: Show Up for Your Immersions
